Wow guys. This stuff is very helpful. Thank you, I will be going around to a lot of stores in the next few months. I don't know about the rep thing right now. That is a hefty burden to have to start with....Something to think about though.

sorry for my ignorance, but what does a "line sheet" consist of normally for T shirt designers?

We call it a Spec Sheet ( i think its the same thing ).
It's all the information required from start to finish of a production run.
