Hi everyone,
I have designed a funny [political] t-shirt,i only made one and everytime i wear it i get nice complimetns, people think it's funy and like it.

i'm in florida and i was thinking maybe i need to make more and take them to denver co and sell them, they're going to be like 70.000 people overthere!

my question is how do i find staff that would help me sell them?and how many tees do i have to make?do i need a permit from the city of denver to do this?

Hi there, I edited your post to remove the specifics. Sometimes it's better to generalize things so the topic can stay focused on your actual question and not get diverted into political discussions. I've also made your title more "relevant" to the real question being asked.

Quote:
my question is how do i find staff that would help me sell them?
The normal ways. newspapers, craigslist, classifieds, etc.

Quote:
and how many tees do i have to make?
If you do a forum search for events, you'll find lots of topics that will go over preparing for events and outside selling.

Like this one that directly addresses the same question you're asking: How many shirts should I produce for an event?

Quote:
do i need a permit from the city of denver to do this?
Best thing to do is to contact the city of Denver directly and ask what the current laws are.

I did a google search for city of denver and found their official website: DenverGov Home

This page of their site might be a good start: Peddler Regulations

You also might want to check with the organizers of the event if you are going to be an exhibitor. They have a manual which will give you the local rules about selling etc.

Yes you will need a re-sale license for Denver, CO there is going to be a lot of people here during that event, That is why I am leaving for the week its going to be a ZOO.

As per employees you might think of Craigslist to hire some help

I, too, live in Denver, and had thought about making some political tees to sell. But I am thinking of going to Magic/Las Vegas instead, because as AMC said, it will be a zoo here in Denver.

How about wholesale? An option you might consider is contacting places were conventioneers will frequent, and selling wholesale to them. In addition to local gift and t-shirt shops, there are also many bars, restaurants and nightclubs that might have an interest, if you have a unique tee design. The small, locally owned bars and restaurants (rather than big chains) might be particularly interested. Conventioneers will probably be walking the 16th street mall, so shops and bars along there are a good start. Lodo is also another area of Denver with lots of little restaurants and clubs.
