Need to Register?

I started a shirt company, just like most people on here. I want to sell to limited edition stores, but I have a problem. I don't have a business license, or anything like that. I can get my logo copyright protected though. I was wondering if stores would buy from me without any of that. And if I do need it, what all do I need in order to sell to them?

It would of helped to know where your located. Dallas, TX all you have to do is get a DBA (Doing Business As) from the city, you look and see if the name you want is taken if not for a fee of about $25 its yours. Banks require a DBA to open a business account also.

I'm located in henderson nevada. its basically las vegas. Is it possible to get one of those here?
