Anyone know where I can get a manual for a Verifone telecheck quartet cc terminal? The Verifone website was no help. I bought it on ebay, would the company that I decide to use for a merchant account be able to help me?

The company that you decide to use for a merchant account will have to program it. When I was negotiating with my merchant account provider (about 2 years ago) they quoted me $150 for programing.

I have a VeriFone Omni 37XX. I don't know if mine is similar to yours, but if so, I can send you a copy of the instructions. There really isn't a manual, just a Quick Installation guide & a quick reference guide.

Your merchant account provier should also provide you with tech support.
