Do you provide extra shirts when selling to retailers Just wondering if any of you who have your own clothing line and wholesale to retailers give extra shirts in addition to what retailer's ordered to account for that 1-2% of "spoilage" (I believe is the term) for any damaged/wrong size shirts that may happen on a small or large order.
If you do give extra shirts, how do you determine the amount? Is it okay to mention that these shirts were meant to cover any possible damaged shirts should that issue come up and the retailer is asking for credit?
