Default How many shirts should I produce for an event?

We are the event shirt/cap vendor for a car show this weekend. It's the first year for this event, but they've already got 200+ cars signed up and paid for. Lots of special stuff going on, etc, etc.
We're here in Oregon, and it looks like the weather may actually be nice for the first time in a while (on the weekend, that is).
I need to produce some stock event shirts to have there in the morning. We have a DTG, so we can produce more on the fly, but...
How many would you experts recommend that I start with at the beginning of the day?

Thanks for asking.
We printed 60 regular ts. half a dozen youth, and half a dozen muscle tees.
We sold out of everything but the youth.
Made a second run - sold out of most of those, too.
We took orders - and filled those yesterday - mainly baby clothes and toddler.

The event was fantastic - Cruisin For Hope - Home - they raised almost $50K for the cause. We raised almost $600 ourselves!
