Maybe some retailers here can give advise on this one!

I need to figure out how many to offer to retailers in regards to how many units I should sell them. Lets say I have 2 hoodies, a pink and a blue, and I sell them in pre-packs of 3 in rather a pink in S-M-L or a blue in S-M-L.

Because each pre-pack is 3 units, I need to make a ordering limit, what should that be? Like 5 pre packs per color way per style or what? I dont want them to over-order and leave other retailers left out.
But I dont want them to feel limited.

What is a regular order anyways per style, in each colorway?

Cody. In my experience retailers order the size and quanty they want. If your prepacking them open them up and sell what they want

yeah, I have always been under the impression that the buyer determines what they want. packagin shirts could limit their order

Yeah, I really wouldn't do pre-packs starting out. I would do an order minimum in lieu of pre-packs.

To echo everyone else... pre-packaging isn't the way to go.

I'd also be reluctant to put a maximum on what they can order, but I can see where that gets complicated with Limited Editions.

When your stating out sell open items. as you get big the you can sell in pre pack 2med, 6lg, 4xl
