Sure, if you want to scream "I'm new, and I have absolutely no idea of what I'm doing!".

The reason you don't want to look new is that you open yourself up to getting taken advantage of, or just being ignored altogether.

No need to create barriers.

Stick with the numbers, and keep it moving.
