I discount my stuff between 15% and 25% depending on the store. I prefer to do that on large orders just to get more inventory out the door and have people see it on other people.

Thanks, Rodney. She was wanting an additional discount for a large order on top of what she was getting my shirts at for wholesale. I had never been asked that before so I was not sure how to handle the situation. I threw a small discount in and she was happy.
One way to give additional discounts is to encourage early payment on the order.
I've seen places give an additional 1-3% discount for orders paid in advance, paid by check, or paid with 5 days.
This seems to be a win/win for both parties. You get paid faster and the retailer feels like they are getting an even better deal to increase their margins.
I think that that is a great idea, Rodney. In fact, I offered that up first, but she pays net terms. So, the chance of her paying within the 15 day window I thought of offering up was not going to happen.
