This thread is amazing! I am looking for some reps as well. I am wondering, when negotiating the percent of commission (15% for XXX in sales, 20% for XXX in sales), how do you determine what might be your first annual gross sales from one sales rep? I don't want to have too low of expectations, but I also don't want to sound like an idiot and ask for too much in sales.
Also, what is a realistic expense account for a sales rep? Some trade shows are expensive. Then, of course, you need to have your trade show booth. How many samples should you provide them? Lots of questions, I know.....
