I would make a business plan first. Do alot of research and reading on here and see what you think would fit your budget best as far as equipement and space. A really good show is the ISS show, it is coming here to long beach CA in january, I think it would be a really great decision to go to a show and see what different techniques are out there and what fits your plan the best but research and going to a show will give you a better idea of what would be best for you

Wheee, vague much?

First you need an idea (you probably have this). Then you need a target audience (this will stem easily from your idea). Then you need a business plan (this is most likely the stage you're at now). A business plan will help you get your thoughts in order, think about what you're trying to work towards, etc. - once you have that it will guide your research, and the answers to your questions will become a lot more obvious.

Pricing and desired equipment is dead easy when you know your product and audience. Pretty much impossible to answer otherwise.

I agree with everything they said, and the only advice I can really add is to keep your head up, keep pushing forward, roll up your sleeves and get to work! There's alot to learn, but you have found a goldmine here on the forums, and it's all out there waiting for you.

Lewis is right too, once you get started on a busines plan, everything will start to fall into place. Good luck to you on your new adventure.
