If i wholesale to stores can I still sell from my website?
Some of you may already know that I have some of my gear in stores on commission. I have been approaching more and more retailers and am close to getting into at least one more store before X-mas. I am also in the process of getting a website made.
My question is this: Should I/Can I put a shopping cart on my site and not be conflicting in prices with the stores that are carrying my gear already?
The highest my shirts are selling for right now is $30 but I know for a fact that if I get my stuff into the new stores I'm gunning for they will be more. Not because i want them to be but simply because the owner of the store will be marking them up that much.
I would like to have a shopping cart as I could make more sales but, I've looked at other clothing lines that are in stores and you cannot buy off their home site. There maybe online stores that you can buy their stuff from but not directly off their own site.

I would say yes you can.
When you sell to stores just give them a recommended retail price for your products and then sell them for this price on your site. Put this figure on your invoices or paperwork. That way if they mark up more they can not come moaning if they see your site is selling for less.
Seeing as you will be making more profit on stuff you sell on your site you could also offer incentives/discount schemes or free/reduced post so it's not costing the customer more to buy direct.

Of course you can and you should.
Just make sure your prices don't conflict. If a retailer is selling them for $30 don't sell them for $25. It makes the retailer look like they mark up their prices and they won't like it too much if they find out about it.
