Sure it is if you have shops that want to buy your designs.
Maybe I'm not fully understanding your question. What are the problems you would envision?
Sorry, wat i mean is that, if i have found a tshirt supplier and printer and a shop that wants to put my tshirts in, is it possible just to do that? Im reading so many things on tshirts im just getting brain overload.

What did you read that made you think you couldn't do just that?
What else did you think you might have to do?
There are t-shirt lines that are only sold in offline stores and not sold online. For some, only dealing with wholesale to retail stores is the business method they prefer.
Others prefer to deal directly with the end customers and choose to setup retail stores (either online or offline).
Buy, Print, sell, can this be done?
