HI all,

In the Uk, most shops Iv been to will only stock, new unknown brands on a Sale or Return basis. which sucks...!!

Dose anyone know of any contracts/ term and conditions for this i may be able to use..?? ie if a tee is stolen its regarded as sold, ect ect..??

please help...!!!!

Sounds like you're basically looking at consignment instead of a wholesale order - different retails handle things differently.

The terms set are up to you and the retailer; you'll want to have them in writing & signed. Declare who is responsible for theft/accidents, payment terms, percentage of sale each party gets, etc.

I know there are some good threads around here that go into more detail; look up 'retailers' and you should be able to find some.
