We are moving FORWARD in a HUGE WAY NOW!!! What do you all think is the best method to get people to rep our products based on our demographic? Also what is the average % to pay out to these people!! I have heard anywhere from 5-10%! But I guess it depends on who you are dealign with as a whole. This is what I have put together for a PREREQ for people that want to get on board. Let me know what you all think. This is our website we are still working on but you can see what we have designed thus far. We have about 6 more coming out in a few weeks.
We have everythign in place from accounting, crm software, online shopping cart, sales order forms, and bet of all clients who already want our products!! Things are looking good so far!!
I want to get this moving as fast as possible and am hoping you all have some suggestions to further propell us into the marketplace!! We will be attending tradeshows, events, and promoting bands, and professional skaters, surfers, etc. The objective is to get into the lime light here. Job Description: As an Outside Sales Rep you will be responsible for maintaining and opening new Retail accounts in your territory, which fit our target market.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Retail account relations by in store visits, phone calls, and emails.
- In store Line Presentations to new and existing accounts.
- Must be aware of inventory levels of each shop for reordering purposes.
- Order writing on a Daily, Weekly, and/or Monthly basis.
- Ability to email orders in on a daily basis.
- Must be able to keep detailed records on accounts to be able to provide store shipping address, phone numbers, all store contact info, and any other relevant info; and be able to update any changes immediately.
- Present product at expos and conventions.
Qualifications:
- Must have existing accounts and preferably reping other non-competing lines in same or closely related industry.
- Must be a highly organized, motivated, reliable individual with the ability to make things happen; and get responsibilities done in a timely manner.
- Must have basic computer skills especially in Excel and Email.
- Must be effective in selling and presentation with ability close a deal with an order.
- Must have excellent all around communication skills.
- Ambition to grow with company.
We are looking for Sales Reps across the US. This position has a generous commission structure with Base available depending on level of experience and proven ability to open new accounts. There are also periodic bonuses and incentives throughout the year.
