Retail Agreements/Contracts Hi,
First off I've just spent the last 3 hours reading and learning a ton of stuff, this site is amazing!
We're a small company, we started off printing on Hanes, so our retail was about $15 at the time. Since then moved up to American Apparel, doing oversized prints, front & back, discharge printing, tags printed, retail packaging, hangtags etc.
We're about to put our heart on the line and start pitching to retailers. I know a couple of people have already asked with no replies; but I wanted to know if there are any retail contract templates out there. Or how should I construct my own? What should it stipulate, what kind of language, etc. What's the standard? I'm really quite clueless on this matter and would like to get some feedback or pointers on how to construct a solid yet friendly contract for retail orders.
