hey if u get a contract with like jc penny or somthing do you still have to pay for your cloths to get made by a manufacturer or do they do it
While you have to get it done yourself, if you have a signed purchase order from the company in question you should be able to easily get financing from somewhere to make that possible.
My short hand isnt the best . Most retail stors mark their good up quite a bit. Thats how they still make oney with good marked down/on slae for 75% off. They are still making good money
You pay all initial costs. Unless, of course, you have a licensed product. Then you have your licensed distibutor do the rest. For everyone else in the t-shirt world, ask about "vendor relations"

Depends on the store. A small boutique might just want a few pieces. JC Penney? Possibly thousands or hundreds of thousands. There is no "usual" amount.

yeah, thats if you are in that game.
...that means all you really need are some good samples, designs and a magic key to get thru the door to the chain buyer...and with some luck you can make the sale.
say you do get a company to buy your designs do you have to buy enough of what your selling so they can ship them to each of their stores or do they only sell your product at the store you go to

When they make an order with you they will tell you exactly how many pieces they need, and then you have them printed and shipped to them.
