Cool Starting to make T-Shirts in Baltimore City

Come March 21st, I'm going to start to make T-Shirts, Any good tips to starting a small T-Shirt business in Baltimore City... and are the t-shirt startup kits good, and if so which one do you think is the best... I am thinking about getting a new JetPress JP12 T-Shirt Heat Press from off of ebay, is this a good machine...

For a street location ?

Licenses/legal etc.
Seller license
Buisness Licence
Insurance/Alarm system
Permits
Bank/Merchant account
Accountant
Lawyer

Equipment/Inventory
Heat press 15x15 will do.
Hat Press
Computer
Digital Transfer printer
Vinyl cutter
Cash register/POS system/$100 float/supplies
Vaccume cleaner.
Inventory (t-shirts/transfers/materials etc.)

Store front and Fixtures
Leasehold improvements
Store Outdor sign
Indoor Backwall store sign
Cash counter
Display counter
Body forms
Straightwall/Slotwall display system
Free standing 4-ways/round racks
Fitting room
Visual/Sound system
Water cooler/Healthy snaks.


....these are some things you may need for a street location set-up.
