Default Neo Flex Maintainence

Hi all,

I have just purchased a Neo Flex DTG Screen Printer and have a few questions to other owners regarding the set up and running maintainence of the machine/printer.

If anyone has any sort of information or knowledge about some sort of instructional video that would be great. The only other resort, as I am from Australia is trying to find a digital printing company who has knowledge on the printer as Epson won't support any printer that has been modified by a third party.

I have read the manual cover to cover, but am still looking for a bit more of a visual aid before I start operating the machine.

Also if anyone has any tips for keeping the machine running at peak efficiency I would really appreciate any feedback.

Chris,

Hello Chris.
I asked Justin about you when I see your post here.
We just came back from SGIA show. Show was overwhelmed. People understand good quality and good engineering right away. We made record sale!! in this economy. Ivan ordered two more machines today. Total 4 this month. Justin said he emailed you. Please respond with him. You also can talk with many other techs too. We will do anything to make you satisfy. I will address about visual info on next meeting. Do you have web-cam? Did you set up printer yet? Skype help to communicate with long distance. Yahoo messenger also. Please let us know. I love NeoFlex users using this forum. I ask every users who I met. But not interest in this forum. I have no idea. I guess they are not retired as me(?). I know one thing so sure is there are no Service issues, quality issues on NeoFlex forum which is major issues on other forums---. We have 114 machines in stock and they are flying out. I should name FlyFlex? joke.
