However, with NeoFlex you will have no trouble at all. We can service well and very reliable machine. thank you for your interest. Compare service issues amount with other DTG forum and us. Talk is cheap.
Epson is made in Japan. You will have no troble to get parts in Japan.
Also if you are in market to get one. Visit www.epson.com and study first. Always ask Mfg that what Epson engine they used. They have $300-2000 choices.
