That is Scott Fresner and this is Peter Choi. If you think we are same that is big mistake.
I got screwed few times but I never had intention to screw anyone ever. I used to pay all my care and thanks to all Flexijet owners (like as yourself) until ugly thing happens between mfg and us. I had no weapon to serve you better (I wish I could) because I was not provide by Mfg. Without my will I had to separate from Flexijet family. But I still do have utmost respect to all Flexijet owners.
This makes me strongly believe that I have to play real straight . Not like others. Now I have all the weapon to serve NeoFlex owners in 100%. As you see here no one is pulling their hair and desperate to look for help. Our service is in 100%.

Only time will tell whether you are "playing it straight". I made my post as a response that other companies also offered a money-back guarantee, but did not follow-through on the promises made.

I would ask that you post the actual warranty on this forum for everyone to see so that they can make their own judgment. Also, because it will be in the public domain, the warranty will not morph into something completely different in a few months.

However, people should still remember... "Caveat Emptor"

Hi my name is Jim and I purchased a NeoFlex and NeoSolv printer about a month ago. I think the money back guarantee is a good thing but I have a question. My question is this: The features below which you said would be in the next batch, are they in the machine I just purchased? If they are not why not and will I be able to upgrade? Please respond

1. Auto hight adjustment. Never will hit shirts or any (solvent)
2. On and Off option Qtz (instant) Bulb will dry White ink to easy apply CYMK. CYMK also prints crispy on light. Solvent large ink deposit will sit fast than spreading.

3. Vacuum table for signs and paper or flexible stuff.
4. Stating point laser guide
5. Easy repair of capping station for less than $50 not $200 plus.
6. Computer monitor and laptop holder.

be careful of a warranty from a company that cant spell or use grammar correctly ... its easy to guarantee a product... try to procure a refund, which most people, do not and you might be guaranteed a headache.

I'm not defending DDM, but because someone can't spell or use grammar correctly, that is not a reason to mistrust them. There are plenty of posts by DDM, if you want to research what has transpired with them over the years, do a search on these forums. That will give a better indicator of whether to trust them or not. It will also show customer satisfaction/dissatisfaction.

Hi John,
I looked at the same printer you are looking at. Instead of the DTG K3 Raptor I was looking at the Viper. But the viper was going to cost me the same as the NeoFlex and I can print on many different substrates, not just textiles. I'm General Manager of Apparel Plus Awards which is a pilot store for an up and coming franchise out of Fort Worth Texas. Our store is located in Orem Utah we also sell Trophies and Plaques but even more so I needed a printer that would be very versatile. I can't give you much information about the operation of the printer as of yet. We have been in the process of building out the store front and setting up our large format Laser Engraver.
I will keep you informed about our progress. I'm confident that we will be very happy with the results.
Make your choice wisely it is a large purchase and you will live with your decision for a long time.

With regards to grammar & spelling mistakes, is this really such a bigee particularly when one remembers that English is not the first language of many business owners - perhaps they should be gagged.

I also looked at the Viper too but here in the UK it costs 50% more than the K3 and as far as I can tell, it just gives a larger print area! Might be wrong there.

The Neoflex is an attractive and more versatile DTG printer BUT, the supplier of the DTG K3 is just 130 miles from me whereas AA are just a little further . I'd have to buy my inks from AA too so shipping & taxes would increase my base cost.

I'll be very interested in your experiences using the Neoflex.
