Im looking to start off with 1000 shirts and continue with more shirts but i cannot find a good t-shirt company to make my shirts. Can anybody help me out? im looking for more of the thick shirts like the pro-5 and im trying to have an image put on the front of the shirt

that's a lot of shirts to start off with. are you trying to start a brand name label? they're a lot of companies online that can print for you but if you have different designs and want different colors you're going to have to pay the price. i'm sure you've already done this research if you're starting with 1000 shirts.

welcome, you've come to the right place. But Promtees is riht, it definetly depends on what you want on the shirt.. white tees only? sizes? thats gonna determine your price..

What type of shirts are these gonna be? Who are they gonna be directed to?

I believe there are plenty of folks right here on this forum that could manage your request.

Why not check out some of the member websites, and see what you can find.

Depending on what you want done, screenprinting/transfer/vinyl cut....I think its pretty much all covered here.

Heed.. Folks please be careful here. Don't let greed get in the way of being careful. The poster is a first time poster.. That bothers me.Second why here. Because of a lot of you are new and wanting business. If I was a person that wanted 1000 shirts made I would have checked with a local screen printer myself. Get phone number and get address and get money up front and not check or credit card. It may be legit but I have seen too many of these type of scams. But that's just an old experienced guy talking..

thats true it is my first time poster but thats because im new to the business and tring to research all my options, im not looking to scam anybody im just not trying to get scammed myself, what are some sites or companies that people on here use that i can check out?

most have a link in there signatures. If you have spent any time reading here, you would have gotten a feel for who the folks are posting. If it were me, I know exactly who I would go to. No, it wouldnt be me.....I dont want to do 1000 t-shirts!! (is this a typo?)

What do you consider a "good company" and where have you looked?

If you check your local phonebook, you can find lots of screen printers that can print 1000 t-shirts.

Since many of our members are printers, coupled with the fact that we don't allow self promotion or advertising in the forum threads, we tend to stay away from printer recommendation posts.

I can tell you that it's not hard to find a company to print 1000 white t-shirts. If you go local, you can easily check a companies printing quality and talk with them to see if they can source the type of t-shirts you want to print on.

There's a forum full of screen printers at http://boards.screenprinters.net where they allow classified posts where screen printers there will send you quotes on your project request. If you don't want to do local, then that might be a good place to start.

I agree that that's a lot of t-shirts to get printed if you don't already have a buyer. If you already have a wholesale buyer waiting for those shirts, then I'd say hurry up and get them printed

well im getting into the industry and i have ideas and images that i know are going to sell but im still a little clueless about the industry which is never good but i have to put these images out there before someone else steals them and makes the money off of it, im learning about distribution and all that but i already have the money to buy the shirts and i know where there going to be sold at i just have to research to get the best possible shirt for at the most $5.00 a piece
