What is the source of that picture?

I haven't seen it before, but it's possible that someone made it themselves at home (since the streetfighter characters are protected by copyright).

Maybe you could contact the blog owner and ask them about it?

Hmmm... do M. Bison and E. Honda normally share a textile pattern?

I'm wondering if a company printed them, and modified the characters to be wearing their brand logo?

yea i've also been wondering who made those and if they were exclusively made for lupe. They more than likely did the embroidery work in photoshop i can't remember if thats the louis vuiton embroidery or another high end fashion designer
