Please do not go through someone that is getting them wholesale to sell to you for profit for you to sell for profit.

Their number is 662-682-9998

They have great shirts. I own like 10 myself. They just need to hire more help. You can't rely on them to keep you in stock on the most popular designs, colors, and sizes. For instance, the past 7 months, I've been trying to get two specific shirts from them at the flea market in tupelo (they set up there fri-sun) They're always out of my size before saturday morning. You would think they would WANT to make money and make more shirts, enough to get them through the weekend. These people could make a killing, set them and their grandchildren up for life. They just need to get more help. They charged a friend of mine that SOLD (no longer wants to deal with them no matter how badly she wants their shirts in her shop) their shirts. They charged her twice for an order, causing her bank account to overdraw. She could never get more than 20-30 shirts at a time and never what she wanted.

We've been dealing with them for a few months now and haven't had any type of billing issues. Sometimes there are errors on the invoices but they are just as often in our favor as not.

They are just struggling to meet the HUGE demand for these shirts!!! They are good honest people who are trying to deal with a problem they never expected to have to deal with. I know that they are aware of the issues and working on some solutions. One of the issues is a reliable blankshirt supplier. The supplier they've been using just can't keep up with the growing demand.

It's only going to get worse, before it gets better, with the Holiday Season fast approaching!! We've been flexible with our orders by giving them a "menu" of shirts we will take, along with target quantities. So, whatever they decide to run this week, they know how many of them we want. For any new shirt designs, we tell them we want at least a certain quantity of each size. This seems to work better than "demanding" certain quantities of certain shirts by a certain date. It's not the "normal" way of dealing with suppliers, but given the situation, anything we can do to help, gets us the shirts we need quicker.

I guess it depends on the sizes of most of the shirts whether they will last or not.

I keep detailed sales analysis on my SB product and we find that 82% of our sales come from S, M & L shirts, with about 62% coming just from S & M sizes. I"m in the process of revising my spreadsheet to tell me what percentage of our sales come from which designs.

We get a weekly shipment from them but we order between $5K & $8K per month in shirts and are looking to increase that significantly. These shirts are red hot and nobody knows how long it will last so we are planning on "riding this horse" as far as she will go....LOL.

Yes, it is a bit frustrating I'm sure...especially when you have a deadline such as a festival. My suggestion would be to have patience and understanding as I know that they want to get these shirts out as much as we want them. I would also give them plenty of lead time.....just some of my thoughts.

Wink Re: Looking for Southern Belle & Cotton Logo T-shirts

I sell clothing and tack at rodeos, barrel races and horse related events. I do not have a store front so wholesalers reject me. What can I do? I talked to a rep for Southern Belle and she said the same thing. Can I buy from someone else? Is there a way to get around the store front clause?

Are you only interested in Southern Belle? There are others out there that make similar shirts that may not have similar restrictions.

We carry Southern Belle, Southern Chics, Sweet Thing, Cute Teez and several others including Cotton & Browning.

Feel free to PM me if you need more info.....
