Default black pro club t shirts, how are they?

hey, just wanted to know about the pro club t shirts, i have just ordered a white one to see how they fit. but my question here is, how are the black tees? are they a dark black? i have seen some tee's like at champs that are supposed to be black but they are a faded black which makes them look brown. are they a true black? thanks for any feedback on these.

They are dark black, Pro Clubs are much nicer than those cheap mall shirts. They do fade however, but that is unavoidable with black tees.

Aloha,

Ok this is going to give away my age but back in the 80's we used to soak our dark colored jeans in a mixture of: A cup or two of vinegar (regular white) and a gallon or two of water in a plastic container overnight. I would put a dish on top with something in it to make sure the entire garment was soaked.

It was unbelievable how it kept them from fading.

I bought two identical pair of jeans - soaked one and left the other untreated. After six months (wearing them pretty even amounts of time) the soaked pair still looked practically brand new. The untreated were faded horribly.

My thought is if you need a black shirt to retain the color over time it might be worth the time to test a batch.

I would soak overnight, wash and dry throughly before printing. Maybe send them through the dryer prior to printing to make sure the vinegar is set.

Not sure if the vinegar will cause any reaction with inks?

Aloha,
Diana

Aloha,

On the website it states that ProClub does not accept returns or offer refunds. Has anyone had any issues with this. Maybe I am on a distributor website.

Can someone give me a website or phone number where they have had a good purchase experience for these shirts?

Mahalo!

I like their product, but their customer service is sketchy. I don't like the idea of being told I have to buy x amounts to be able to be a customer. IMHO any sale is better than no sale. .....JB

Are you looking for wholesale or just one or two shirts?

Fine, but cut big. Material is sorta rough and not as premium as some others on the market and the cut style is bigger which is a dying breed... Even in the hip-hop market.

Hi Rodney,

I needed a dozen 2X and 3 pieces of 3x, 4X, 5X.
I think I will buy a couple dozen of the 2X and a dozen of the others. A hip hop shop is going in next to us. I should be able to use them.
Thanks for your response.
Diana

Shaun,
Thanks for the info.
I know what you mean about the style going out.
We are in Hawaii and there are some big guys over here - so I think I could sell them - or make them into batman capes or something, maybe tents for toddlers. I'll just have to be creative.
Thanks much,
Diana
