need information on MS Girl T-shirts, similar to Southern Belle, popular for "Mess with me and mess with the whole trailer park" and "Hows your Family and them der'n" Anyone have any info on who to contact to purchase wholesale? Need name and number or website please. Thanks, Debbie
I live in MS and those shirts are pretty much in every little store around here, you could probably just ask where they get them, seems like they have another brand that is very similar to "how's your mom and dem" think it is called Mississippi Moms.....
In our store here in Columbus, MS, we carry the Southen Belle, Southen Chic, Simply Southen, Gurlz of the Southe, Cute Teez and Sippi Girlz (used to) and have beent trying to find the contact for the "how's your mom and dem" shirts as well.
If I run across either of these, I will post what I find out.
Rhonda Rayburn makes the shirts Hows your mom and dem, friend of mine has one on the back says "mess with me and you mess with the whole trailer park"
the front has a pic of a girl that says "hows your mom and dem" Has Rhonda Rayburn name as the artist, not sure if it is okay to post where you can buy the shirts and they might can tell you how to get in contact with Rhonda, could someone just let me know if it is okay to post the name of the store on here???
Rhonda Rayborn is known in southwest mississippi for her pottery/ceramics, this may be the same artist for the shirts, she has a studio in Brookhaven I believe, not sure if she sells out of it or not, I just know the local gift shops and florists sell her stuff, in this area. The name of her studio is "The Painter's Cottage"
hope this helps.......
isn't it odd that they are so hard to find? I saw them at Handworks, never before or since. If anyone finds a contact number would like to have it. Thanks
Debbie do you live in MS? These shirts are EVERYWHERE here, wesson flea market, state fair, Baptist hospital in Jackson gift shop, most gift shops, florists, think there is a booth in North Park Mall and Turtle Creek Mall, they are made in Brookhaven, MS as far as buying them wholesale you can google the phone number for the painters cottage and see if you can talk with Rhonda Rayborn since she designs them but I am not sure if she is actually selling the shirts or if she is just the designer??? I've got a number for a gift shop I use a lot if you want that number, they keep the shirts in stock and might be nice enough to help you ......mel

Sorry for the long delay in posting here. My entire family was hit hard with the flu over the past week and I haven't been on much at all. When I signed on I had over 2000 unread posts!! LOL
Anyway, I met with Beverly a little over a week ago and saw the designs. They are really cute shirts! We are in the process of putting our order together, finally, and will be carrying them in our store very soon.
The name of the line is How's Your Mama & Em? I'm not sure what the reference is to MS Girl shirts though? Is this a different line or what some call these shirts?
Just as soon as we get the shirts, we will be taking pictures and posting on our website in case others are interested in seeing what the look like.
How's Ya Mama & "EM is an old southern greeting when inquiring about someone's family. I have painted Mississippi Hospitality pottery for about 15 years with fried green tomatoes, grits, famous Mississippians and saying such as How's Ya Mama & "Em on the pottery. Mississippi Girls are the subjects that I draw on my tshirts. Deposit slips are what my customers fill out daily as they sell out of our shirts. thank you for your interest and I hope all of yall are doing great over yonder. Rhonda
