Can any one tell me the list of t-shirt buying companies. I am manufacturing tees and could not find any probable buyer

There is no list like that. You just have to advertise to your target market to find prospects.

Start a website. There are tons of people on this site looking for t shirt suppliers. What type of shirts do you supply? Sizing, etc.
