thanks guys, well I checked 3 different t-shirts from this brand and they all have the same RN, they also have a CA# which I don't know what it means... I'm going to post it so maybe you guys know the meaning to it... I have this different brand t-shirt which achieves the quality i'm looking for and the RN# is 103256 and the CA# is 15387, any help would be great folks... I appreciate it...!

I'm not sure what the laws are where you are (you didn't state what country you're in), so I wouldn't know.
As Anthony stated, it's free to get an RN number, so it may be worth it to register and get your own.
