Mimaki GP604D
Hi! We just purchased a Mimaki 604D used. We have done embroidery and are excited about getting into the DTG field. We saw Hirsch demonstrate the GP 604 which they now offer and then we came across an opportunity to purchase a lightly used GP604D - an earlier version of the GP604. We are having tremendous difficulty find a service technician anywhere in the US. the ones Mimaki sent us to no longer carry the GP604D or were never trained on how to fix it. Does any one know how we can locate a technician? We live in Des Moines, IA so one close to here would be ideal!! Thanks!!

Thanks Dan in CA for your help! You were correct, Cody at Janzen in CA was a huge help. Really nice and very well informed! If anyone knows a Mimaki 604D tech close to IA it would be greatly appreciated!!

We have a GP604 No Discharge. We've had it for about 5 years and love it. Most problems are come from the dirty dampers. Anyone with Wide Format experience could help with dampers. Richardson Supply in Ohio has a great Technician.
