Default mimaki 604D tech contact needed

Hi all,

I am hoping that someone could point me in the direction of a technician or contact in the Vancouver BC area that could help with some of the problems we have been having with our Mimaki 604D. Our current contacts do not seem to be responding and our machine being down is becoming an extreme headache.
Any info would be appreciated.

We are getting no ink out of our Magenta head. We ran out of ink in the cartridge before it was replaced and now I think we have dried ink and/or air in the line. We have tried the cleaning methods in the manual with no success. During testing the first couple prints we do we get a hint of magenta then after a few prints get nothing at all. I feel like the more we play around the more damage we could be doing. We have wasted alot of ink and cleaner and now need a professional to take a look.
