Default Blending Photos into Scenes for transfers...

I want to know if anyone out there is familiar with software that I can use to edit photos. I have a couple of scenes and I would like to take digital photos of customers on demand and insert them into the scene to create something like a fantasy photo and then print them onto a photo or even a transfer to heat press onto a shirt or bag. I did some research and found something called Magic Photo Editor but am not sure if this is really it. Anyone have any ideas of how to do this.

Adobe Photoshop Elements would be ideal. I have seen version 7 being sold at Costco for $78.00. You use the scene as a background. Edit the photo that you want to insert. Use magnetic lasso tool to copy the part of the photo out of the original. Copy it and paste it to the scene. Save it as a new file so that you do not ruin the original scene and photo files.

I have a lot of fun with PhotoImpact X3. It's an easy program, the effects browser is second to none, and most of all...it's a little powerhouse.
