Default CLC 1180 paper?? mug transfer???

Hi to All

I have a CLC 1180 laser copier, I want to make a T shirt Transfer, mug transfer, and cap transfer.

My question is what brand of transfer paper its the best for my machine?

May I use the same color ink for print paper (copies or brochure) and for the transfer paper or I need to changed?

I need to use a special transfer paper to make t shirts and the sublimation paper for make a mug?

Thanks to all.

That's a Canon CLC1180, right? Check with your canon tech, I think that's an "oil based copier/printer", so its a good machine to print on heat transfer papers. You can use oil based and non-oil based (practically anything for lasers) transfer papers from Forever (Germany) and Neenah (US). The Forever Classic (for oil based only) and Neena's PhotoTrans Plus (oil based only) are very good papers for light/white fabrics (shirts & caps). For mugs and tiles and other hard surfaces (wood, etc), you can use Forever's Multi-Trans and Neenah's Mugs 'N More papers. You don;t have to change the OEM toners that you use for other types of papers (brochures, business cards, etc). As for sublimation works, No, you can't use this machine (toner) for sublimation. Better to just buy and inkjet printer with sublimation inks.
Good luck on your search and Have fun learning.
