Need to Register?

I have been using the same paper for the last few years...it is 8.5x11 and has a strip of tape across the top. It works great with my Konica Minolta 2430DL laser printer. It has a hot peel, and transfers at 390 degrees for about 14 seconds.

I get it from a local distributor who is reluctant to give me the name of his supplier.

The paper has now been discontinued. I am in a real bind and need to get this paper asap...if anyone has any or know where I can find it, I would be grateful.

I know that I have to find an alternative paper, but I have orders that need to be filled now and have spent the last couple of days wasting time with papers that just suck, or don't work with my printer...

HELP!!!!

I have a KM2530DL and did not know there was a transfer paper like that. Does the paper have a specific name?

why not call Dye-Namic Images Home and ask for their paper made especially for KM printers...and it will use the OEM toners

There are four transfers for laser that has tape across the top that I now off.
1) One step Elite by Airwaves Inc.
2) Spectra-Laser Fabric by JBLGraphics
3) Hottee by ATI
4) Supreme by Coastal Business

Buy or ask for sample to compare with what you were using before.

I just can't understand why the paper manufacturers don't print their names on their papers, it would be so helpful for everyone.

Does this mean that only certain types of laser transfer papers will work with the KM2530dl? I'm particularly interested in what would be the best laser transfer paper to use in it for darks but I'd also like to know what is recommended for lights.

I have a KM laser and stopped using it for transfers as the company apparently changed sources for their toner..about 2 years or so ago..I went with an Okidata and am much happier, it is faster and compatible with more of what I do

I have an Okidata C3400n and I agree. I also have a KM and the Oki does much better on transfers. I also like the regular print quality of it, has a very nice look to it.

I ordered some transfer papers that are supposed to work with the KM...I'll try them but I may end up going the way of Oki also. Thanks Larry and Charles for letting me know your thoughts.
