Default Tshirtsupplies.com

I have registered at Tshirtsupplies.com but do not see a phone number listed.

I wanted to order:

TransferWear 11 x 17 Dark 100 PK - $108
TransferWear 11 x 17 CLP 100 PK - $85
ImageClip 11 x 17 100 PK - $135

I've read that these TransferWear transfers are great transfers for the price and great for the Oki C8800N.

My questions are:

1. Why no phone number?

2. Is there a discount for us members?

3. What would be the total shipped to zip code 12962?

I wondered the same thing as well. When you go to there site from the TSF main page the second paragragh clearly states if you have a question "Call Us", but they do not have a phone number listed only email. If I can not pick up the phone and talk to someone I am less likely to purchase form that retailer so needless to say I have never made a purchase from them, and doubt that I will unless I have the contact information.

I sent them an email using the contact form and I received a reply from an employee named Rose. Here is the number if you still need it. 570-855-8481.

Thank you very much Katrina, I had ordered twice a particular paper and both times they sent me the wrong ones and there was no # to be found until I went to check here to see if anyone else had issues. Thank you very much, you were a HUGE help!!!

Hello All,

Based on such suggestions, we have added a support number...

It is 877.85.PAPER...

We will be glad to answer any questions, but ask that if someone calls, please leave a voicemail - it gets routed to our email, and helps us answer or call back in a faster manner...and keeps our overhead costs in line.

If you have any questions, please call or PM.

Sounds like an email requesting a call back would be the best way to go if you need to speak to someone. I'm happy to say that all has gone well through email communication with my orders from TSS.

Just a heads up that when the thread was started, the phone number was not there. It was added later based on this thread (which is over a year old )
