Our art dept just recently designed a new line of tees. Here are a few samples. The shirts are burnout and vintage tees by Alternative Apparel.
Please excuse photos as they were taken on the floor. We also have backs on the shirts which can either be print or rhinestones with our Fierce logo. Will post more soon.
Feel free to comment.

Those look great... What was your prep time for printing that design on those burn-out shirts? Or I guess I should ask...how much time did you have spend tweaking to get that output on the printer? Thanks for the photos!
here is a print that was washed and dried 3 times. This is a different print than the 2 posted prints.
Also the tweaking of the file was minimal and the Kornit just printed what we sent. The Kornit is great but yes it is a little finicky.
We really are not as concerned about wash test anymore. It took us almost 2 years to finally figure it out with the help of Kornit USA. We know what shirts we can print what the pretreat is and cure times. But in closing eveyones pretreat and curetimes will be different becasue of individual conditions.

Bob, the last pic isn't a pic of one of the first two posted, so can you tell us what losses you had from the washes? Did the shield fade or is the art originally set that way? Looks good either way, although the wings get a little lost on that shirt.
You are correct the shirt is no the same shirt that was posted the day before. Here is the scoop. The pink shirt is the same shirt- an alternative butnout shirt. There is not a lot of shirt in certain areas hence the design has less to print on. Plus the design is like an AFFLICTION design - very gothic ahd faded. That is why thye shirt lookd like that. the pink shirt had a dark design on it so it stands out more, the shirt that was washed and dried 3 times is a dark shirt with a dark design that was made to have a faded apppearance so put the 2 together and thats what comes out. This is by design and what we were attempting to do.
Sorry for any confusion. As far as the multiple wash test 20-30 times, we do not do this. The reason is simple. We limit the types of shirts we print on and we know that unless one of our printers screws up and does not put the correct pretreat down and the proper curing for a particular shirt then we will have an issue. Does it happen -on occasion. We ran over 150 dark shirts the last 2 shifts and we had no misprints.
Ask Rob Dubow in Minn. he also has the Kornit down to a science like us. Both our misprint rates are almost non existent( spelling).
We have 1 customer who we do over 2,000 shirts per year and I am being honest we have had only 3 shirts come back for fading. Believe it or not that is the truth. Now 1 year ago we were pulling hair out of our heads_ I had to get a wig it was so bad. Spend the time learning your machine and it will treat you great. Is it a machine and will it go crazy for no apparent reason absolutly. It happened to us last week. It took us 2 hours to correct- air in the line but we fixed it and went on.
So to summarize- We do not go crazy with wash test because our customers have less than a 1/2% problems unless thier customers dont tell them, but we do not see this because on the drop ship that we do for them there are a continual amount of reorders being shipped to the same people. Plus we drop ship to the customers wholesale accts- stores and we are always doiung repeat order for them.
The shirts that were posted are vintage, acid washed, burnout tees- very hard to print on because of the material or lack of it and the designs that we are using are gothic faded look designs which are the hot items. The combination of the 2 make the shirt look old, worn and faded.
Hope I answered all your questions.
