Tiff,
we hv the same equipments of what you are having here in Hong Kong
with lots of trials and errors we hv come to conclude the following is best*
light shirts: 160 degrees celcius, 2-3 minutes
dark shirts : 160 degrees celcius, 5-6 minutes
(assuming normal size print )

* relative humidity does affect the params, over here is around 30-40 !

hope this help

Hi
Thanks heaps! What sort of Tees and amount wetting solution are you using?
We have some tees that use '10' for wetting and one that uses 30or 20.
Not sure if our wetting solution amount is wrong...
Dont know if this means much but the weight of our tees is
AAA - 205gsm
AS - 180gsm

we use Gildan 2000 , i think is 6 oz
white tee: we use 4-5 spray
dark tee: we use 20 spray
( in general this is the setting )

but it all depends on the amt of inks laid on the shirt, it may need more or less spray , u hv to experiment with it! As long as the inks dont pass thru the shirt, then its ok !
