Default Clogged Ink Nozzle

Hi Everyone,
I have a Kornit and for the life of me I can't get one strike in the color nozzle test to clear. Its been like this for months. Each color CMYK has one small clogged nozzle in the test print. For the most prints you do not notice anything, but for one color prints, say a solid blue print, it shows the streaks. We've tried everything the manual, the tech and we can think of. Any suggestions on how to clear that stubborn clogged ink head? Or where to buy or refurbish print heads, because a new one is $5000.
