First time SGS darks transfer (Specialty graphics)... kinda ghetto style I'm doing some shirts for a walk a thon for my church. The organizer wanted a sample shirt to wear during the last promo meeting. Had to do it kinda ghetto style. Had to use a white shirt, with SGS Dark Transfer paper (from specialty graphics) and use a regular iron because I'm still waiting for my press to arrive on Tuesday, and ran out of light transfer paper. Printed, cut, prepped, peeled, ironed on using silicon sheet, peeled off. Man it looks awesome, even with the slight white border. Iron for 60 secs. with no pressure, just iron weight, then another 50 secs. with some hand weight. Peeled off after cool down. The colors definitely became brighter once the heat was applied. I'll post a couple pics, but right now ima sleep, kinda ghetto but exciting. Thanks to this forum for all the help! |
