Unhappy Ironall not transferring to shirt(!)Deadline approaches ;-(

I bought 250 sheets of Ironall last year. Had no problems with the first 150 sheets. Just printed up 80 sheets from a brand new package, and tried to press them, they don't work!!! I tried test temps from 375 to 400 and times from 25-30 seconds. Same result, it's like the image doesn't transfer. I can feel the coating still on the carrier, and it feels hard. Don't know what to do, sent an email to New Milford Photo today, waiting for their response. Went through the whole trouble with the paper jamming, read the posts about curling the paper and everything went smoothly after that. Anybody else had this problem?

Hello Foto,
NMP says that the paper has a shelf life and that humidity will affect the paper. I had the paper almost one year, sealed in zip loc. With Transjet you can see and feel the coated side, I was printing on the correct side. NMP has sent replacement product, however I'm still out the ink, and while my deadline was today, the post office is closed, so can't pick up the paper until tomorrow. I hope and pray that this paper performs, otherwise I'm up the creek. I will not order paper and keep it in stock anymore. Besides, the flaking and curling is a drag (although the rolling paper against the curl does work to prevent jams). What paper do you use?

Oops, sorry, I said I was using Transjet...It was the Ironall that was giving me the problems. Never had a problem with the Transjet paper.

Jet pro soft stretch, stored and performed great after a year, stored in a ziploc, in FL. humidity. I quit using Ironall and NMP everything was to unpredictable. Mike
