Default The trabsfer paper for my application? Not tshirt

Hi all,

I am new to the heat press, and I really need some guidance. I would like to heat press my own graphic on some silicone case that I sell as value-add. I know that is how my competitor make them, so the method is not the problem. However, when I try to test with a regular iron and some avery stretchable transfer, I fail completely. The graphic cannot stick to the case at all. Could it be because of the paper quality or attribute? Or I would have to use a heat press? I don't have any equipment now, so I just want to be positive it will work before purchase. Can anyone give me some pointer? Thank you all for reading.

If is truely a silicone material heat transfer polymer will not stick to it. You competitor must using something other than heat transfer coutd with polymer.

Hmm... I was so sure about that...

Would it be possible if you can recommend how could I do that if not heat press? I am sure it is not screen printing, because it is a full color image. Can't imagine such complicate work using screen print....

Would it possible that the material is neoprene instead of silicone? If it is there is a heat transfer that will work on neoprene. The transfer is called Wow 7.1. You will not like the price. It is $5.00 a pair. Minimum quantity is 50.

The video mentions about the neoprene.

No dice for water slide at all. The decal cannot be pull straight since the case is all soft... Thanks for the help though.

It is not a full color printer. You can make different plates for each color for in your design. It all depends on much you want to spend in making several plates for mutli color design.
