I'm using JPSS for light for my transfer. I don't have any plotter/cutter and use hand to cut my designs. Attached is one sample of my design. I normally use blocks to place my design so that I can cut the whole block and transfer. But there is so much of white (blank space insde the block) which comes in on my transfer. It doesn't look good! Is there anyway that I can remove these white background from my JPSS transfer? Also, is there any program or method by which I an give a outline to my image or wordings, so that i can easily cut along the outline? that way, I can atleast reduce the white coloring..thanks...

Before my GX-24 I'd just take an exacto knife and carefully cut around the design after it was completely dry. Then I'd just peel off the the excess polymer. Good luck!!
Oh, if you work with Illustrator just add a stroke around the words or design and use that as you guide to cut/exacto. I'm sure Corel must have something similar.

Stroke in Illustrator = Contour in Corel (it's under Effects and there is an interactive tool. Those tools are located below the Text tool on the bar.
Maybe someone locally has the equipment and can help you out...otherwise I'd break out a sharp exacto knife and just carefully cut through the polymer and then remove the excess from the backing paper.
Your other option is to put a box around it and then you are limited to white shirts unless you try to match the background ink color to the shirt color.
Or, if you sell alot of that design you could order them in plastisol and then all you have to do is cut them apart if they were ganged and the press for a few seconds.
