I'm looking for that old horrible paper that was used back in the day when the transfer to a garment would feel stiff, hard, easily detected by hand and would not bond with the garment but rather feel like a heat-stuck sticker on top of it..I want to transfer to an irrelevant non-porous surfaces and even though the good quality papers do unify with the surface the papers meant to interweave with a fabric's porous is not right for this job(design looses it's clear form as the paper tries to bond with a weave but fails)..so yes looking for a paper that will rather feel like a sticker that adhesives to a surface by the heat method but will not interweave with the surfaces but rather remains all hard and paper-like on top of the surface..any ideas?

Check the office supply, craft, and fabric stores. The paper that's sold on the retail level is pretty crappy, so it may be just what you're looking for.
Yep used it this weekend when I ran out of JPSS, it is sold at office max as there store brand for light garments, they also have a printable fabric piece, but that feels like cotton with glue behind it. Hope they suck enough lol

I've used print-on cotton before....but not from the office supply store.
Dharmatrading.com has several "print-on" fabrics that are already treated so the design won't wash out. Actually, you can make your own "print on" fabrics, but you need to set the design with Bubble Jet so it doesn't was out.
Iron your fabric to the shiny side of some freezer paper, and cut it to fit your printer.
Yea....I know you didn't ask, but that never stopped me from talking before!
