Hello, everyone i'm in need of some help in deciding what I need to do for my business. First I wanted to let you all know that I will be using dark colored 100% cotton t shirts and I want to heat press my logo as the tag on the inside of the shirt. I need it to look professional and nothing that you would find in the middle of the mall. Also, I wanted to know of the best quality tear away tag shirts. Thanks for your help.

There are various ways you could go here.....opaque ink jet papers, plastisol transfers, custom cut vinyl....

I would suggest researching the various methods on the forum boards, and get some idea of which method you're interested in.

Once you've done that, we can be more helpful by answering your specific questions about various methods.

I agree with Michele. You can use plastisols, they will look like it was plastisol screen printed in, except you apply them yourself with your heat press, there are some nice vinyls out there (but then you have to cut and weed them), not too sure on the inkjet papers though since your shirts are dark, those papers have a white background.

Yeah i was told alot of the papers have a white background. I'll look up the plastisols and see how they compare to the opaque, since i want a silk screen feel
