Default Good transfer paper for polyester

I am heat pressing on 100% Dry Gear Moisture Wicking polyester tricot mesh. Which heat transfer paper do I buy that will be the best for this type of material? Also, the parchment paper that covers a transfer for darks, is this the same type of parchment paper that you can buy at a local grocery store?

Thanks for your help! I'm still trying to get a handle on all of this

Sublimation would be good for if it's a light colored material. Jet Pro for Active Wear would also be a good paper if you don't want to spend the money on sublimation.

Yes, the parchment is the same you can buy in your grocery store. Just make sure you get parchment paper and not wax paper. That's a mess

Make sure not to buy the parchment paper for deli. I made a mistake when I picked up the wrong kind. It works but it leaves a residue on the shirt.
