The list looks good, especially if you at least try the
JPSS along with the Ironall Light.
JPSS/JetPRo Sofstretch really doesn't have a variety of names like Ironall light and dark does. The only variation that I know of - at this time - of the
JPSS name is JetPro by New Milford Photo.
Incidentals I might add are:
*Teflon sheet to protect the upper platen, or...
*Parchment paper to do the same thing. Parchment also makes for a nice smooth finish on the
JPSS when pressed a second time.
*A sticky lint roller (to remove the pesky red or blue fibers on the t fabric that make their way into the finished image. On a white shirt, it can ruin a transfer, imo.)
*A teflon pad that installs on the lower platen, to keep it clean and help the rubber pad extend it's life.
*a mouse pad or two, to raise imprint areas up over buttons or seams, when needed.
*Magic eraser to keep the telfon clean if you go with teflon.
Note: some folks report that the Ironall Dark is hard to get thru a cutter/plotter bc of its stretchy qualities. There is a post on the forum that someone made telling the settings when they finally got it to work. If you have trouble, that post may help you out.
Some people use JetOPAQUE dark paper instead of Ironall Dark when they want to use a cutter and can't get the Ironall Dark to work. I just wanted to make a note of that to you, if you find yourself in that position later on.
