We have tested that before and you do get better colors. However it doesn't stretch very well and we found that it cracks more if you cold peel.

One reason we started to cold peel was because on some designs where you had a large area of one color, we got little bubbles of ink that didn't transfer all the way. If you let it cool all the way, there were no problems. The other is then true where you get the smooth feel to it and it does not stretch the way it does when you hot peel. I do both, depending on the design. With paper I received recently, I've had trouble cold peeling. The paper does not peel very easily when cooled. I have to put it back under the press for a few seconds to loosen of the ink again before peeling.
