hey everybody,

Ive bought some paper products from T-shirt supplies.com but the problem now that the paper dimensions is 8.5"x11" is not the ordinary A4 size which is 8.2"x11.6" and adobe or any other printing program have no such size 8.5x11 so each time i find that my printings are clipped from the bottom although Ive checked the printed area to be centered..so anybody have a clue??

Can you not use 'Custom' page size?

Ordinary A4... i would then guess that you are not in the US. Either way...
In illustrator, change your page size to "letter" (8.5x11) [file > document setup].
Then when you [file > print].. in the 'media' choose "letter" from the dropdown menu. Also, watch the landscape/portrait area to make sure its right as well.

In Photoshop, go [file > page setup] and choose "letter" from the paper size option. Then when you print [file > print with preview], you should see your image in a preview window that will represent the 8.5x11 'letter' size.
