Default Ink Flex Dark Opaque Paper

Has anyone used the product "Ink Flex" dark opaque transfer paper. The supplier is out of stock, and says the manufacture is having a problem producing this paper. It is priced around the same as standard opaque paper. I talked with the supplier and he says they have tried it before carring it, and it works well. Any thoughts on this paper??????

Yeah..I tried both the lights and opaque about 2 weeks ago. I like jet opaque II much better than the inkflex dark. The light was ok...but I will still use the JPSS

Ink Flex dark is Ironall Dark/Everlast Dark/Clearsoft Dark.

Here are more names for Ironall Dark (or the paper we commonly refer to as Ironall Dark):

What didn't you like about the Ink Flex? How were the colors on the transfer and the flexibility?

Do they all come from the same manufacture?

The colors were normal...flexibility was good. Feels heavier on shirt than Jet Opaque. (had wife do a blind feel test..). The real problem for me was that after I washed it..the color spotted off.

With my experince, I print on opaque transfer paper, cut out unneeded areas with a cutter, use a mask to adheir the images in one place and press. Let it cool completly and peel off the mask (masking tape type of mask) and vuala a nice print on a t shirt. Other than that, I am dumb. hahaha

Cold peel refers to when you peel the product. After you press a tshirt with a heat transfer paper, the directions will say either "cold peel" or "hot peel" for best results.

If it says cold peel, you let the paper cool off after the heat press, if it says hot peel, you peel it right away, directly after heat pressing when it is hot.

If you are looking for cold peel products, check the vendors at the left side of the forum page. Look thru their products, find out which one's carry the cold peel, if that is what you need.

Good luck to you.
