Why do I have to trim my transfer when I see people in tee shirt shops just put the whole picture paper on the shirt press and thats it a nice tee shirt picture. Needless to say I'm very new at this.

Could be that they are using plastisol transfers and not JPSS. Big Difference. Just curious did they tell you it was JPSS transfers?

JPSS on a WHITE shirt..... no trimming needed.

JPSS on any other color light shirt....you will have to trim or a polymer window will show! bad! ....my experience anyway.

On the order of what Katrina said, it could also be a stock transfer. Ashamutt is also right, if it is a white tee shirt, most times, the window is so negligible that no trimming is needed...

But how do you know that they are using transfer paper? Just wondering. You might know, just sometimes, people get a little confused at what they are looking at, and sometimes that helps explain what is really happening.
