Been hearing some whispers of a couple of members (a couple might be a severe understatement) who have had horrific experiences with New Milford Photo in the last few months.
To you I apologize and ask that you contact me immediately at . This is a new email I set up to handle any old unresolved complaints.
I know the big issue was the backorder issue on ironall dark from last oct/nov. I thought I had resolved most of those issues but I appear to be wrong. I want to make amends. I have said this repeatedly and you can ask people if it's true....I don't always get things right up front...but I do in the end. I have resolved issues as old as 3 years without question...be it a refund or replacement.
I am not going to lie 2008 was a rough year starting with my mom's death last March, getting taken for 25 grand in August and right through this backorder issue on ironall. I made a lot of not so great, ok bad, decisions on how to handle them.
I've resolved this year, with the help of a new more experienced business partner to stay on top of things minute to minute.
In the next few weeks,I'm rolling out a new website to that effect. I won't promote it here but needless to say...the focus will be on the customer experince and heavy on keeping people informed about their orders...and new recession era pricing.
I'm a just a little guy trying to make a living...I'm very ethical...sometimes my intentions don't always match my results.
I hope the addition of my new partner will fill in the gaps in my skill set.

Very nice message John. The proof will be in the pudding and I'm hoping you have great success! You were the very first place I purchased from (three times in fact) when I started to get involved in this transfer stuff ! I always got my orders but didn't get notified of the back order and didn't get replies to my questions. Apology accepted and thank you! Truly hoping for the best, Susie

thanks susie...i have spent this retrenching time (and slow sales times-ugh) working a ton of online marketing gigs to keep my family fed. One great thing that came out of that is a great barter with my client. I get to use his office and more importantly his assistant, which will help me with my follow up issues....she is a real pro...so that should help

sounds like your trying, BUT... your service is horrible. Ordered a sample pack and 10 sheets of 13x19 iron-all on 5/5/09. A week later I emailed you guys to get update, no response. Finally, got a ship notification email a few days later.
Got shipment today 5/19/09, only received the "kitchen sink" sample pack, did not receive 13x19 iron-all paper.
Just emailed you again to see when other half of order is shipping. Basically, this was a test order to try out different papers, unfortunately it took 2 weeks to get some of items and who knows when the rest will arrive.
Like I said, sounds like your trying, but your customer service is horrible.

the 13x19 comes from a different warehouse. I have refunded that portion of the order as courtesy. Please note you will get a tracking number for the 13x19 Wednesday around 5pm
